No, we do however provide a discount to book your stay directly with the hotel. Detailed information can be found on the our website.
4Can I get a refund on my pass if I don’t go?
No, sales are final and non-refundable however transferable with a non-refundable $20 admin fee.
5Can I give my pass to someone else?
Yes, passes are transferable with a non-refundable $20 addmin fee.
6Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available to all attendees for a $10 daily rate.
7Can I pay for workshops only?
No, workshop passes only are not available.
8Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, ID is a must to complete your registration.
9What do I do if I accidentally lose or break my wristband?
Go to the registration counter and they will walk you through the procedures of obtaining a new one.
10What do I do if I lose a personal item ?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, however we do have a lost and found box at the registration counter.
11Can someone else pick up my wristband?
No, wristband have to be picked up by the owner only.
12Do I have to wear my wristband?
Yes, wristbands have to be worn at all times to gain access to the festival.
